The purpose of the project is:
1. To identify local food producers and potential suppliers within South Lanarkshire.
2. To further develop local foods - closing the gap between producers and
purchasers.
3. To understand what support is required to close this gap
4. To increase the purchase of local foods by visitors to the area thereby improving the visitor experience.
